Food Diary - August 19th

Breakfast - PBB Smoothie - back to Vanilla Almond Milk

Lunch - Greek Yogurt w/pineapple and a thin-sliced turkey sammich w/ 1 tblsp mayo

Dinner
2 Pork Tenderloin tips (1 med., 1 sm.), 1 1/2 cup mashed potatoes, 1/2 cup Tomato, Okra, Squash veggie from a can.
