Since I last blogged, I have been careful with what and how much I eat. I still have my smoothies in the morning, but I now add two small scoops of Vi-Shape which a friend had given me a package.
In the past month I have been getting off the boat and walking around more and more. Keith tells me our friends have commented that it looks like I have lost a little weight, so I guess I'm on the right track there.
I have noticed a change in energy since starting this blog, but I still have days where the fatigue sets in and I sleep in the afternoon.
