I have since cut out the soda. I am drinking more water now. Food intake has been a problem. We've been trying to cut down on expenses and our grocery bill is one of those expenses. I now fix mostly chicken or ground round meals with an occasional sausage dish. We've also been eating more breakfast meals (about 3 times a week) and with the warm weather, I try to buy more watermelon for snacking than any other snack.
I'm also taking a vitamin every morning.
I'm still not getting the exercise I should, but I am riding the bike more often than I have before. The majority of my time is still staying on the boat more than going to shore. But at the same time, I am doing more things on the boat than I was before (such as cleaning, organizing, etc). So, essentially, I would have to say that because I am doing more (even though it's not a lot more), my energy level isn't in the toilet completely. I just need to bring it up higher.
